I woke up today with a sense of unease. As I focused on the news of the day, I read an article about possible V.P. choices for Hillary. Suddenly, my imagination went wild. What if (and remember you heard it here first) she named Bill as her V.P.?! Would we get a co-presidency, or even a covert presidency?
Many will think it's a great idea. It has some very positive things going for it. He's better liked by the voters than she.
I'd like to hear your comments.

I think that this election will depend on the choice of the running mate. Either Republican or Democratic candidate will have to have a strong running mate to be able to overcome their own short comings. Clinton or Obama will be running a risk by being elected for obvious reasons and the choice of a running mate should be of utmost importance to the nation. McCain's obvious physical condition and questionable mental capabilities at times should make his VP candidate a vital concern this election. If Clinton were to select Bill, think that could put her over the top, many seemed to adore him.

Who do you think would be a good running mate for each of the candidates?

Well, that's the hard part. Is there any good ones out there for any of them to choose. As for McCain, possibly either of opponents Romney or Huckleby should be chosen. For my vote, probably Romney, seems to have a good business sense to him. Maybe he could do something to boost the economy and debt. Clinton's choice for her to win would just about have to be Bill, but not my choice, wasn't that crazy about him as President the first time. Obama should choose Hillary to unite the Democratic party, without that, McCain looks like a shoo in. But, hopefully all candidates can come up with something better than I can come up with.

I think Clinton - Obama would be a very hard ticket to beat. Obama would need to bring in experience. Gen Wesley Clark comes to mind.
McCain and Gen. Colin Powell would be hard to beat.

Gov. Phil Bredesen (D-TN) has been mentioned as a possible VP possibility. He'd be a good choice for Hillary to go for the Southern vote.
