Mandatory community service? That's a nice name for INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE, as in slavery. Talk about a clever euphemism! "Community Service" sounds so nice but in reality it represents a universal draft for everyone, man and woman, for a year or whatever period the Federal govt. wants, which will be as much as they can get. whereby they could send you to war or send you to pick up rocks or whatever work the "community" wants or needs, but it would be not the community you live in but the federal government!
