I feel "myunusual" is better then "imunusual" for several reasons. Inclusiveness: I'm interested in unusual people and places, even though I don't know if I qualify as being unusual myself. Functionality: So to me, "my" makes more sense: "my unusual places," "my unusual pet", "my unusual quotes" etc etc. vs "i'm" is awkward Foolproof: Then there's the fact that with "im unusual" people don't know whether or not to put in the apostrophe, and if they do, it sends them to a blank page, since no punctuation is allowed in URLs. You know I enjoy your site very much, but I am getting confused, I can click on what I think is one site and I am getting another site. As far as changing the name I think you should leave it as it is. I know if I am Unusual or not, but I may wander what MY UNUSUAL IS. I don't really feel as though I am UNUSUAL, but I really enjoy all the UNUSUAL places, things and stories your are putting on your site. I feel that changing the site name would be a mistake.

I believe you will start to get many more "hits" if you change the name to "Myunusual"....the "My" plays off other popular site names for one thing. For another, a person might not feel that he/she is unusual and not go to the site, thinking they have nothing to offer. But "Myunusual" includes anyone who likes to read about unusual things, places, persons, etc. The name also just flows better from a marketing viewpoint. I spent many years in advertising and public relations and hope that my thoughts will be useful in determining whether to change your name. jackieb@earthlink.net

Hi, My name is Joe and I love feet. I take pictures of feet on my cell, download them to my computer and spend many a rapturous hour viewing them. If you can relate to that, embrace that, and perhaps share your own unusual activity; then you are IMUNUSUAL. If this appalls you but you like to read about it, revel in the picadillos of others; then you are MYUNUSUAL. Now I am not talking specifically about sexual things, it could be politics, lifestyle, art, preference of humor ,or whatever. I think there is a real fear of expression that exists. Wouldn't we all love a place to go to express that one thing that makes us unusual?

Hi Joe! Thanks for stopping by and sharing your opinion. You are most welcome here. I suggest joining the forum and posting a topic on your favorite subject. Who knows? You might find others who share your love. You might also consider becoming a member of the Society. You certainly qualify and it supports our mission. The certificate will look great hanging on your wall too. :) {I}

Thanks Intrepid, I'm going to join the Society, and yes I will put the cert on my wall. Is it possible this board can handle... edginess? Will your square hole except my round peg? You have to admit, there has been nothing very unusual here. As for subject? Hmmm...how about we discuss gun control? cu2morrow
